Appointed CFO with responsibility for all group financial matters. The company owns freehold land with planning permission for a 148.8 MW battery storage facility. Supported the board through the successful sale of the battery storage capability.

Trafalgar Property Group PLC (AIM-listed).
AIM-listed residential property development group. Supported the board through the review and execution of a reverse takeover, building relationships with the Nomad, auditors and brokers and managing the RTO process to successful conclusion with a £1.94M investment from an Argentinian family office.

Jones Food Company Ltd.
Jones Food Company Ltd. Introduced in February 2017 to assist with a fundraise of up to £5M. Successfully raised £4.9M under EIS from Guinness Asset Management in March 2018. Joined the board as Director in May 2018. In 2019, led the engagement with Ocado that culminated in their £17M investment for a 70% stake — the institutional moment for European vertical farming.

Finance Director
Omnio (formerly Payment Card Technologies / Tuxedo).
Oversaw multiple funding rounds and restructurings across the group’s evolution: the 2012 acquisition of a majority stake by the parent of Raphaels Bank for £5M; the 2016 management buyout backed by €12M from a European private equity firm; and the 2018 merger of Payment Card Technologies and Tuxedo to create Omnio. Also served as Non-Executive Director of Travel Welfare (subsidiary of PCT).

Charcroft Baker, Chartered Accountants. Formed a new chartered accountancy practice through the merger of three varied portfolios. Appointed Managing Partner with responsibility for the operating business of the practice. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987.
