Led the £4.9M EIS fundraise into Jones Food Company from Guinness Asset Management in March 2018, following introduction to the business in February 2017.
The vertical farming category needed someone who could speak fluently to both growers and capital. Gary did that, and the Ocado transaction was the proof point.

Engineered the 2012 acquisition of a majority stake in Payment Card Technologies by the parent of Raphaels Bank — a major player in Bureaux de Change.
148.8 MW — Envirotech · Battery Storage Exit.
As Group CFO of Envirotech Energy Solutions, supported the board through the successful sale of a 148.8 MW battery storage capability sited on group-owned freehold land.
